Patch TestingAt Bohemy hair co. we require all guests to have a patch test performed at least 48 hours prior to a colour appointment. This is required by law and failure to do so will result in the loss of your appointment.
Booking FeeWe ask that a booking fee be paid for all appointments booked at the salon. If you book directly on our booking system or in the salon we require a none-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. This booking fee will be held and deducted from your final bill. The booking fee can be transferred onto another date but a 48 hour notice is required to do so.
Last Minute CancellationsFor any appointments changed or cancelled within a 48 hour period of your booking, the booking fee will be lost and a new booking fee will be required to book any future appointments. The team at Bohemy hair co. have the right to waiver the loss of the booking fee and move the appointment if they deem the reason to be an emergency.
LatenessIf you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment your slot may be lost as this gives the hair artists at the salon inadequate time to carry out your services and will result in their next appointment running late.
